Rockband Class Policy

Fees & Payments

Weekly hourlong rockband classes are $105 per month. Payments will be made through automatic deposit on the first of each month via a credit/debit card ($5/mo processing fee) or an electronic check (no processing fee). 

We will be closed for Spring Break, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, and one week during the summer of your instructor’s choice. Advanced notice of these closed dates will be posted in the studio and via our monthly newsletter. 

We do not prorate monthly lesson payments, except for a student's first month (if applicable).

Lesson Attendance

If your instructor must miss a rockband class for an extenuating circumstance, they may appoint a qualified substitute teacher in their absence.

It is important for each band member to make every effort to attend the class at the reserved time slot. Classes are not rescheduled due to a band member’s absence. We do not pro-rate rockband classes.

The instructor reserves the right to remove a bandmember who does not come to class in a consistent manner, and is thus not prepared for band performances.

Lesson Cessation

If you would like to stop rockband class, an electronic exit survey must be submitted by the seventh of your final month. Exit surveys submitted after the seventh will apply to the following month.
