How long are acoustic guitar lessons?
You can choose 30-minute or 60-minute lessons. Thirty minutes works well for focused, steady progress. Sixty minutes gives you more time for technique, repertoire, and questions. Both formats are booked monthly, and your instructor tailors each lesson to your goals.
What do beginners learn in acoustic guitar lessons?
Beginners start with the basics: how to hold the guitar, how to tune it, how to play single notes, and how to read simple chord charts. Next, your instructor introduces foundational chords like G, C, D, and E minor, along with basic strumming patterns, simple scales, and notation.
How soon can beginners play songs on acoustic guitar?
Most beginners are playing simple songs within their first few weeks of lessons.
What do I need to bring to my first guitar lesson?
All you need is your guitar and a willingness to practice. Your instructor handles the rest.
Do you offer acoustic guitar lessons for kids and adults?
Yes. We teach students of all ages and skill levels, from children just starting out to adults picking up the guitar for the first time or building on years of playing. Ready to start? Book a lesson in person or online.
